First Invisalign® Appointment
During your first Invisalign® appointment, our dental professionals will perform a thorough orthodontic assessment of your teeth.  Our dentists will carefully analyze your cosmetic goals and provide you with an individualized treatment plan to straighten your teeth.  We will take an impression of your teeth, which will be used to prepare your Invisalign® aligners.

Customizing your Invisalign® aligners
The aligners are created through a multi-step process involving a specialized
computer program. The program analyzes the unique structure of your mouth and designs custom aligners to straighten and perfect your teeth over a course of several months.  Because they are virtually invisible, the Invisalign® system is a very popular choice for our patients.

Wearing the Invisalign® aligners
Average Invisalign® treatment takes about 12 months, which is similar to the amount of time it would take to straighten your teeth with traditional braces.  Your exact time frame depends on how much teeth movement is required.  Each aligner is worn for about two weeks then replaced by the next aligner in your series.  Your teeth move slightly with each aligner, becoming straighter as you progress through your series of aligners.
